1. General Policy

• All course fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the individual course description page.
• Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances (e.g., course cancellation by Gyansarathi.org).

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The course is cancelled by Gyansarathi.org.
• A refund is explicitly mentioned in the course details before enrollment.

3. Process for Refunds

• Eligible users must send a refund request within 7 days of enrollment to contact@sarthakindia.org with proof of payment.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Withdrawal or non-participation by the learner after enrollment.
• Failure to meet technical requirements (internet, device, etc.).
• Dissatisfaction with course content (unless course is demonstrably incomplete).
